Szc Teh Zac Higson
Zac is fascinated by how we experience the world around us, and how design can shift our perceptions of it. For Szczepaniak Teh, his work is led by observation – he explores a project’s context through photography, archive material and cultural references, drawing out ideas and distilling them into meticulously crafted drawings, 3d models and other forms of representation. A deep consideration of social and cultural context guides everything he does.

Zac obtained his first class honours in BA (Hons) Architecture at the University of Greenwich, London, before completing a Masters degree at the Bartlett School of Architecture, where he gained a distinction. He also won the ‘digital’ and ‘lockdown’ categories of the 2021 Architectural Drawing Prize, awarded by the Sir John Soane’s Museum and Make Architects.

Beyond architecture, Zac is fascinated by aviation and engineering, frequently travelling to air shows around the world.
